EcoClear collects quote request details so we can assess demolition, hauling, cleanup, and site support work. This may include your name, contact information, project address, site contact, access notes, material details, and timing.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to quote requests, schedule walkthroughs, prepare estimates, track follow-up tasks, and improve service operations.

Operational data

Permit lead data and outreach queues are operational sales materials and should stay in private CRM, Airtable, Supabase, or internal files. They should not be published as public website assets.
